• Aitopia.ai: founding-engineer work on AI-native productivity surfaces.
• SaaS rescue & production hardening. Picking up half-built Next.js / Supabase / Stripe stacks and getting them safely to production.

Learning

• Eval design for LLM products. Moving past vibes into measurable thinking.
• Deeper RAG patterns and structured retrieval beyond simple semantic search.
• Long-form writing as a thinking tool, not a marketing channel.

Saying no to

• Pure pixel-pushing without product context.
• AI demos with no path to a real product.
• Hourly-rate engagements that punish careful thinking.
• Tools that try to replace judgment instead of amplifying it.

• Drawing in the margins of notebooks.
